Lead your organization to embrace Business Agility and Lean thinking
Implementing SAFe with SAFe® Practice Consultant (SPC) 6.0 Certification is a four-day certification program that enables you to lead SAFe transformation within your organization or with your client.
In this course you will learn the various aspects of the framework and the seven core competencies. Starting with business agility, you will learn the principles in depth. A set of 10 SAFe principles are taught that is derived from the principles of product development flow.
Starting with a economics thinking mindset we learn systems thinking and an ability to manage variability. Quick integration, objective evaluation of working systems, flow, cadence and synchronization, building an intrinsic motivation are some of the decentralization decision making and ability to re-organize around value delivery are discussed in great details.
Formation of teams with teams topology, building a customer centric mindset with design thinking, economic prioritization using WSJF are some of the highlights of the workshop.
PI Planning simulation and building a lean-portfolio management will enhance the participant skill to deal with transformation challenges.
Ability to pitch the change to leadership. Identifying the value streams and maps, creating an implementation roadmap, launching and coaching ARTs and focusing on continuous learning culture and enabling an organizational agility are some of the key takeaways of the workshop.
As an SPC you play a key transformative role in guiding organizations in their journey towards business agility. You can coach and mentor leaders to build a sense of urgency and vision to drive the change.
By successfully attending the class and passing an exam, you become a SAFe Practice Consultant (SPC). Being an SPC, you will also be licensed to teach most of the SAFe courses, have access to the SAFe community portal with exclusive access to additional resources like training materials, SAFe implementation toolkits, professional development resources, a community of practice where you can share, connect and learn with other SAFe community members.
