SAFe Fellows are not only experts in theory but also have a proven track record of driving tangible results in Agile transformations.

Journey to SAFe Fellowship

Becoming a SAFe Fellow is a rigorous process, marked by specific criteria:

1. Mastery of SAFe Framework: Extensive understanding and multiple certifications in SAFe, showcasing a deep knowledge of its principles, practices, and roles.
2. Leadership in Agile Transformation: Proven ability to inspire change, foster collaboration, and navigate organizational challenges. SAFe Fellows have led significant Agile transformations with measurable success.
3. Contributions to the SAFe Community: Active involvement in advancing Agile practices through:
   • Publishing articles, books, or whitepapers.
   • Speaking at conferences and events.
   • Mentoring and coaching other Agile practitioners.
   • Participating in advisory boards and panels that influence the evolution of SAFe.
4. Continuous Learning and Innovation: Commitment to staying updated with emerging trends and best practices in Agile and Lean methodologies, continuously refining their skills and approaches.
5. Demonstrated Business Impact: Evidence of driving significant business outcomes and improvements through the application of SAFe.

He has been in the Industry since the last 27 years & he is in the Agile space since 2009. He has delivered 93 Implementing SAFe workshops across Europe, Asia, North America and European continents and a numerous 2-day and 3-day workshops and touched 10,000+ hearts. 8/10 SPCs in India are certified by Anand in India.​

He's spearheaded 15 Agile Release Trains across diverse sectors like health tech and aerospace, even revolutionizing manufacturing processes. He believes that transformations happens via “PPT” (People, Process and Technology). While Technology and Process make the transformation convenient, it is People who make it memorable.​
