Anand Murthy Raj is a globally recognized Enterprise Transformation Leader, SAFe Fellow, SPCT (SAFe Program Consultant Trainer), and AI-Native Transformation Advisor with 30+ years of experience helping organizations navigate Business Agility, Leadership Development, and Artificial Intelligence.

As Asia’s first SAFe Fellow, Anand has guided enterprises across industries in building adaptive organizations that deliver meaningful business outcomes through transformation, innovation, and organizational agility. His work spans executive coaching, enterprise transformation, product operating models, lean portfolio management, and capability building.

Recognizing the growing impact of AI on business and leadership, Anand has expanded his expertise through executive AI programs from ISB Hyderabad, advanced studies at IIT Delhi, and Scaled Agile’s AI-Native Foundations and AI Change Agent certifications.
