The Agile Enterprise Coach (ICP-ENT) course is part of the ICAgile Enterprise Coaching track and focuses on enabling agility at the organizational and enterprise level.
This four-day, instructor-led program is designed for experienced Agile practitioners, coaches, and leaders who want to influence systems beyond individual teams. Participants explore systems thinking, Lean principles, organizational design, value streams, governance, and leadership behaviors required for sustainable enterprise agility.
The course emphasizes coaching executives, shaping culture, designing organizations for flow, and supporting large-scale change initiatives.
Upon successful completion, participants earn the ICAgile Certified Professional – Enterprise Coaching (ICP-ENT) certification.

There is no exam for the ICP-ENT certification.
Participants receive the ICAgile Certified Professional – Enterprise Coaching (ICP-ENT) credential upon successful completion of the course and full participation.
Certification is issued by ICAgile and is valid for life, with no renewal required.
