Who Can Join
Open to all professionals. No prior SAFe® or AI certification is required.

Recommended Knowledge
A basic understanding of Agile, Scrum, or Kanban is helpful but not mandatory.

Exam Details

  • Exam name – SAFe 6.0 Scrum Master Exam
  • Exam format – Multiple choice
  • Exam delivery – Web-based; Open book
  • Exam access – Candidates can access the exam within the SAFe Community Platform upon completion of the SAFe Scrum Master course.
  • Exam duration – Candidates have 30 days from the course completion date to answer all questions and submit their exam.
  • Number of questions – 45
  • Passing score – 33 out of 45 questions (73%)
  • Language – English
  • Exam cost – The first attempt is free within 30 days from the course completion date.
  • Retake policy – Each renewed attempt comes with a fixed exam fee.
