About

Facilitate, execute and improve your company’s Agile Release Trains

SAFe® Release Train Engineer Certification is a three-day course cum certification program that prepares you to be a servant leader and a coach for the Agile Release Trains (ART) to deliver value.

In this course you will learn to lead the ART by leveraging the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) and its underlying principles derived from Lean, systems thinking, agile development, Product development flow and DevOps.

This course will help you to elevate your Agile practitioner experience to the next level. Through this course you will learn about role and responsibilities of an effective RTE, how to apply SAFe principles, organizing Agile Teams and the ARTs, preparing and facilitating the PI Planning event and guide teams during PI execution. You will also learn to communicate with stakeholders, escalate impediments, foster culture of continuous improvement and be the owner of the ART improvement Roadmap.

The content fully matched with my expectations. Besides that, I was impressed by the knowledge level and training capabilities of the trainer.

Our Release Train Engineer courses are taught by one or two SPCTs (SAFe Program Consultant Trainers). These inspiring trainers are consultants who are active in the field and have extensive SAFe experience in training and implementing SAFe at large organizations.
